LiCha includes sales office, design department, technology department, purchase department, production department and testing department. The production department is consist of mold workshop, casting workshop, machining workshop, assembly workshop and inspection workshop. So, we have good monitoring and control of production.

The building area of the workshop is about 14000 square meters. It has various large-scale equipment, such as vertical lathe, floor boring machine, grinder, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, etc.  Workshop can turn all kinds of parts within 4500mm of rotary diameter and long axles within 3000mm, and it can process deep holes within 3500mm of length. It can balance 1.6 meters of rotating parts. The weight of the balancing parts can reach 5000 kilograms, which provides the necessary guarantee for the safe and smooth operation of the water pump.

From design - mold manufacturing - casting processing - parts processing - product assembly - performance testing, etc., our products are completed in our factory. We use both the traditional process and digital modernization to assure the high quality of our products.
